New court submissions and forensic evidence have officially blown the lid off a massive, multi-million shilling smear campaign designed to destroy Pastor Robert Kayanja’s name. Legal documents and digital phone trails directly expose how the accused youth were weaponized by a syndicate of rival pastors—including Jackson Ssenyonga, Aloysius Bugingo, Martin Ssempa, and David Kiganda—to fabricate and heavily publicize horrific sodomy allegations.

The entire extortion plot completely disintegrated under rigorous cross-examination when the medical and technical truths were presented to the court. Two police doctors, including Dr. Bwambale—who was actually selected and trusted by Ssenyonga's own camp—testified under oath that absolutely none of the suspects had ever been sodomized. Furthermore, Uganda Police digital forensic expert Enock Kanene testified that data retrieved from the suspects' phones showed zero illicit content or communication linking them to Pastor Kayanja, proving the claims were entirely manufactured.

Instead of connecting to Kayanja, the suspects' phone records revealed a web of coordinated communication with long-time critics, utilizing media platforms like Salt FM to aggressively market the fake news. Ssenyonga's defense team suffered a fatal blow when their chief linguistics expert from Makerere University refused to testify for them. In a desperate last-minute scramble, their lawyers tried to sneak in a hand-picked alternate transcriber from UBC, but Principal Magistrate Adams Byarugaba blocked the move as an unfair trial by ambush.

With no cards left to play and their fabricated narrative in tatters, Ssenyonga's legal team was forced to unceremoniously wrap up and close their defense.
