Big Fix conference puts faith, restoration and development in focus
Countries across Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas attended the Big Fix Conference.

KAMPALA, Uganda — For seven days, worship, preaching and calls for spiritual renewal drew Christian leaders and worshippers to the grounds of Miracle Centre Cathedral in Rubaga, where Pastor Robert Kayanja and Pastor Jessica Kayanja hosted the Big Fix Holy Spirit Global Conference.
The gathering ran from September 21 to 27, with sessions focused on the Holy Spirit, wisdom, healing and what organizers described as spiritual restoration. Christians attended from Uganda and over 68 other countries including USA, England, Germany, Netherlands, France, China, Pakistan, South Africa to mention but a few according to local reporting and conference organizers.
At the opening, Robert Kayanja framed the conference as a response to personal hardship and brokenness. He told attendees the event was dedicated to the Holy Spirit and drew on biblical imagery of a potter reshaping a vessel to describe the possibility of restoration. Nigerian preacher Paul Enenche also addressed the opening gathering, emphasizing wisdom and the role of the Holy Spirit in Christian life.
Enenche returned to the theme of wisdom in later sessions, urging believers to make faith central to decisions, relationships and daily conduct, according to local coverage. Organizers and media reports also described prayer and healing testimonies during the week. Figures circulated at the conference about people seeking prayer or reporting healing were not independently verified.
The program also included a discussion of development beyond the church. On September 26, President Yoweri Museveni attended and spoke about African and East African integration, while commending Kayanja’s ministry work in community development and agriculture, according to Uganda’s State House. Kayanja said delegates had come from countries across Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

That blend of religious teaching and public affairs reflected the conference’s broad pitch: spiritual renewal alongside conversations about families, communities and national development. Organizers described the event as an international gathering, while the coverage available offers limited independently verified information about total attendance or the long-term impact of the conference.
By the close of the week, the “Big Fix” had served as both a religious theme and a call to action for attendees: seek renewal, strengthen faith and carry those commitments into daily life.
